I think documentary filmmaking is a braver way to make films because it’s real, and you’re really there. Directing, editing, and everything was amazing. In this movie, you can enjoy a good path that sharing AR Rahman’s depth and breadth experience in the music industry with beautiful songs and characters who are the real singers on the stage, but you are also looking for a good director that is AR Rahman who lead the ship by sharing beautiful songs. The characters in this films lives honestly and make the most of the lives they’ve been given. After I watched this amazing movie, I believe everyone must live honestly and develop their abilities to the full. People who do this are the real heroes. AR Rahman and the CEO Shaji Nada, both are heroes.

On February 5th (today), an exclusive screening of A.R. Rahman’s concert film, One Heart, took place at Toronto’s Scotiabank Theatre.
The event, with A.R. Rahman in attendance, was organized by Ideal Entertainment (IE), the film and music distribution and production arm of the Ideal Group of Companies. The company was officially launched on Thursday, February 2nd at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts.
Given Toronto’s love affair with the arts and its presence on the world’s stage as a leader in film production, there is no better city that this event could be set in. Add to that the presence of the Academy Award winning, internationally acclaimed musician in the audience at the screening.
The film will feature never before seen footage of A.R. Rahman and his ten-member band, performing their most beloved songs. The film is punctuated by a series of in-depth interviews with the world renowned maestro, revealing the innermost thoughts of the incredible man behind the iconic figure.
Ranging from how he feels about performing on stage, to how he came to choose the band that toured with him across America, to the humility he feels when throngs of fans shower him with love, each interview unravels another layer of his story.
The footage of arena performances will illustrate his ability to enthrall audiences and evoke the excitement of experiencing his music live. Rahman has been pushing the boundaries of creativity and inspiring fans to dream bigger for nearly three decades, and the film will be sure to ignite the imaginations of fans across generations.
Following the screening, IE will be distributing the film in its latest collaboration with the composer. IE’s first two projects have been confirmed as co-producing Rahman’s 99 songs, a feature-length romantic musical to be released in Hindi, and LeMusk, an English language, musically immersive virtual reality movie supported by a combination of sensory experiences, to take you places you’ve never been before.
On February 4th, the company is also set to produce Ideal Dreams, A Tribute to A.R. Rahman in his presence. As Rahman marks 25 years since his entry into the film industry this year, the show featured over 100 artists performing musical theater, dancing and singing to his award-winning compositions.
The Kindred Spirits Orchestra, led by Maestro Kristian Alexander, and an ensemble of extraordinary musicians and vocalists, led by Music Arranger Ralph Francis and Vocal Director O’Neil Gerald Donald, respectively, are confirmed to perform. The performers were handpicked for exemplifying the talent to take the artistry which has mesmerized audiences for decades to new heights.
